Sale Items, Discounted Items, Close Out Items, Jewelry, Hats & Under Garments are all FINAL SALE and Cannot be Returned or Exchanged
Original Merchandise Tags Must Be Attached *Merchandise Cannot Be Returned Once Original Tags Are Removed*
Clothing Returned Without Original Tags or Not in Compliance with our Return Policy will be Refused
A Copy of the Original Receipt Must Accompany Merchandise for All Returns
Original Shipping Fees are not Refundable and Return Shipping is the Responsibility of the Customer
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Damaged items must have All Tags Still Attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
